O crime ocorreu em de 8 de maio de 2023.<br>Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias realizadas por policiais da equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, identificou-se que o autor do crime foi o companheiro da v\u00edtima. Ele tamb\u00e9m era foragido da Justi\u00e7a e apresentava mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto em raz\u00e3o de envolvimento na pr\u00e1tica de outro delito na cidade de Forquilhinha.<br><br>No decorrer da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o autor do crime foi localizado e preso por uma equipe da Pol\u00edcia Militar, com apoio do Servi\u00e7o Aeropolicial da Pol\u00edcia Civil, em virtude dos mandados de pris\u00e3o em aberto, entretanto, o inqu\u00e9rito policial referente ao presente caso ainda aguardava resultado de per\u00edcias que foram realizadas pela Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica.<br><br>Com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da autoria e finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do inqu\u00e9rito policial, a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Forquilhinha representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do autor do crime. Ap\u00f3s parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Santa Catarina, que inclusive j\u00e1 denunciou o autor, o Poder Judici\u00e1rio aceitou a den\u00fancia e decretou a pris\u00e3o preventiva do autor identificado.<br><br>O autor do crime passa a responder judicialmente pelo crime de feminic\u00eddio consumado, previsto no artigo 121, \u00a7 2\u00ba, incisos III, IV e VI, c\/c \u00a7 2\u00ba-A, inciso I, do C\u00f3digo Penal e pelo crime de les\u00e3o corporal dolosa previsto no artigo 129, \u00a7 9\u00ba, tamb\u00e9m do C\u00f3digo Penal, uma vez que, na a\u00e7\u00e3o delituosa, atingiu a m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima tamb\u00e9m, lesionando-a.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil elucida feminic\u00eddio e representa pela pris\u00e3o do autor em Forquilhinha A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Forquilhinha, elucidou o crime de feminic\u00eddio de uma mulher morta com v\u00e1rios golpes de faca na presen\u00e7a dos filhos e outros parentes em Forquilhinha.
