Divis\u00e3o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal da Grande Florian\u00f3polis, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal de Palho\u00e7a prendeu em flagrante um homem pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s receber registro de ocorr\u00eancia noticiando que o animal dom\u00e9stico era deixado em uma esp\u00e9cie de container na resid\u00eancia, cheio de lixo, inclusive org\u00e2nico, e entulhos diversos, bem como sem acesso \u00e0 \u00e1gua e comida, nem abrigo contra condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es efetuaram verifica\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta no local, confirmando a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maus-tratos.<\/p><p>Verificou-se, igualmente, que o autor j\u00e1 havia sido previamente notificado sobre a impossibilidade de manter seu cachorro naquelas p\u00e9ssimas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de salubridade, mas mesmo assim se omitiu com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 tomada de provid\u00eancias.<\/p><p>O c\u00e3o foi resgatado pela Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal de Palho\u00e7a, ser\u00e1 encaminhado para atendimento m\u00e9dico veterin\u00e1rio e, posteriormente, disponibilizado para ado\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>Formalizado o procedimento criminal na Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial, o preso permaneceu \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder
