A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Pouso Redondo e DIC Rio do Sul. Na resid\u00eancia dos investigados foi encontrada uma espingarda calibre .12. Tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos objetos e documentos que ser\u00e3o analisados pela equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da DFRC\/DEIC, al\u00e9m do caminh\u00e3o usado nos crimes.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s tomar ci\u00eancia do roubo de carga de \u00f3leo de soja, a equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Delegacia de Furtos e Roubos de Carga DFRC\/DEIC, coordenada pelo Delegado de Pol\u00edcia Osnei Valdir de Oliveira, efetuou dilig\u00eancias e constatou que n\u00e3o se tratava de um roubo e sim de um furto praticado com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do motorista respons\u00e1vel pelo transporte da carga.<\/p>\n<p>A carga avaliada em R$ 450 mil foi furtada na cidade de Gaspar. Para dissimular a pr\u00e1tica criminosa o motorista apresentou um Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia Falso supostamente registrado na cidade de Feira de Santana (BA).&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">Com o trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi constatado al\u00e9m da participa\u00e7\u00e3o do motorista, o envolvimento dos propriet\u00e1rios da empresa transportadora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>O preso apontado como mentor dos crimes, foi recentemente condenado pela pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de furto, associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e uso de documento falso, em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da DFRC\/DEIC no ano de 2021.
