Em novembro de 2021, a v\u00edtima foi estrangulada e seu corpo foi arremessado no rio Itaja\u00ed-A\u00e7u amarrado em um bloco de concreto. <br><br>O casal foi indiciado pelo crime de homic\u00eddio qualificado e oculta\u00e7\u00e3o de cad\u00e1ver, tendo sido presos preventivamente no dia 03 de maio deste ano e, desde ent\u00e3o, encontravam-se recolhidos no Sistema Penitenci\u00e1rio, aguardando o julgamento pelo Tribunal do J\u00fari. <br><br>Na data de ontem, sobreveio decis\u00e3o judicial revogando a pris\u00e3o preventiva e concedendo liberdade provis\u00f3ria aos denunciados. Ap\u00f3s recurso do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, ainda na noite de ontem, em sede de plant\u00e3o judicial, o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a reformou a decis\u00e3o determinando novamente a pris\u00e3o do casal.<br><br>Informados da expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de novos mandados, a equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da DIC de Itaja\u00ed iniciou buscas e os capturou no come\u00e7o da tarde no munic\u00edpio de Gaspar.
