de Pol\u00edcia de Porto Belo, deu cumprimento a mandado de pris\u00e3o, senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria pendente de recurso, de condenado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel ocorrido na cidade de Porto Belo.&nbsp;<\/p><p>A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no Centro da cidade.<\/p><p>O preso foi condenado a pena de 21 anos e 4 meses de reclus\u00e3o em regime fechado, pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, por tr\u00eas vezes e pelo crime de fotografar, filmar ou registrar, por qualquer meio, cena de sexo expl\u00edcito ou pornogr\u00e1fica, envolvendo crian\u00e7a ou adolescente ocorridos no ano de 2019.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento do mandado, o preso foi encaminhado para o Pres\u00eddio de Tijucas permanecendo \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p><p>A Delegada de Pol\u00edcia Luana Backes refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia de denunciarem os casos de abusos infantis, os quais normalmente ocorrem no seio familiar, envolvendo pessoas pr\u00f3ximas, fazendo com que muitos casos n\u00e3o cheguem ao conhecimento da Pol\u00edcia e o abusador continue cometendo o crime contra outras
