Al\u00e9m da respons\u00e1vel por uma empresa usada em neg\u00f3cios de loteamento, incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria e corretagem, tamb\u00e9m um ex-servidor p\u00fablico municipal, um servidor p\u00fablico estadual e outros particulares foram indiciados.<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o identificou al\u00e9m de crimes de estelionato &#8211; que geraram preju\u00edzos a diversas v\u00edtimas de boa-f\u00e9 que realizaram neg\u00f3cios com os investigados inclusive com vendas ap\u00f3s decis\u00f5es judiciais que definem a titularidade de im\u00f3veis -, uma verdadeira organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa voltada \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica de fraudes de terrenos em Bombinhas, com divis\u00e3o de tarefas entre os investigados.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o Delegado Ricardo Melo, documentos gerados com datas retroativas, falsas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es entre os pr\u00f3prios investigados, contradi\u00e7\u00f5es em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a transfer\u00eancias dominiais entre a\u00e7\u00f5es civis ajuizadas e uma gama de fraudes empregadas para dissimular a origem fraudulenta.
