Em comemora\u00e7\u00e3o aos 211 anos da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Chapec\u00f3, com o apoio da Auto Via\u00e7\u00e3o Chapec\u00f3, inicia a campanha “MULHER SEGURA”, que visa promover o bem-estar e a seguran\u00e7a das mulheres que utilizam o transporte p\u00fablico no munic\u00edpio de Chapec\u00f3.<\/p>

 Para refor\u00e7ar esta medida ser\u00e3o afixados cartazes no interior dos \u00f4nibus, fortalecendo o combate a toda forma de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o e ass\u00e9dio sexual. <\/span><\/p>

Vale lembrar que este ato \u00e9 crime, conforme descrito no artigo 215-A: \u201cpraticar contra algu\u00e9m e sem a sua anu\u00eancia ato libidinoso com o objeto de satisfazer a pr\u00f3pria lasc\u00edvia ou a de terceiro\u201d. A pena \u00e9 de reclus\u00e3o de um a cinco anos.<\/p>

Quem for v\u00edtima, pode denunciar o agressor atrav\u00e9s dos telefones 181 da Pol\u00edcia Civil, 53 da Guarda Municipal, 190 da Pol\u00edcia Militar e 180 da Central de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher.<\/p>

Destaca-se que a iniciativa \u00e9 uma das a\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto “MULHER SEGURA”, idealizado pela Diretoria de Pol\u00edcia Civil da Fronteira, que possui entre seus objetivos conscientizar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o da necessidade de respeitar e proteger as mulheres.<\/p>

A campanha da Pol\u00edcia Civil contar\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m com o apoio da ACIC, CDL, SICOM, Prefeitura Municipal e da Somar Oeste.<\/p>
