\u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de Florian\u00f3polis, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (25), deu cumprimento a mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em desfavor de empres\u00e1rios investigados pela pr\u00e1tica, em tese, de crimes contra a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica.<\/p><p>O inqu\u00e9rito policial foi instaurado, ap\u00f3s o recebimento de requisi\u00e7\u00e3o ministerial, em raz\u00e3o de not\u00edcia de que o representante de uma empresa, especializada na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de home care e atendimento de pacientes vulner\u00e1veis, teria tentado acordar com concorrente, a fim de definir o resultado de um preg\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nico promovido pela Secretaria de Estado da Sa\u00fade de Santa Catarina em outubro de 2022.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Apura-se, assim, a ocorr\u00eancia de delitos de frustra\u00e7\u00e3o do car\u00e1ter competitivo de certames mediante o oferecimento de vantagens a outras empresas licitantes e tamb\u00e9m poss\u00edvel loteamento de licita\u00e7\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 suspeitas da pr\u00e1tica de estelionato por meio de superfaturamento de notas fiscais.
