data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Policiais civis da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, Adolescente, Mulher e Idoso (DPCAMI) de Chapec\u00f3 deram cumprimento nesta sexta-feira (4) a mandado de pris\u00e3o expedido pelo Juizado Especial Criminal e de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica da Comarca de Chapec\u00f3, em desfavor de um indiv\u00edduo investigado pela pr\u00e1tica de diversos crimes contra sua ex-companheira.<\/p>\n<p>A mulher registrou, no in\u00edcio deste ano, boletim de ocorr\u00eancia dando conta da pr\u00e1tica de crimes de amea\u00e7a, inj\u00faria e persegui\u00e7\u00e3o cometidos contra ela, pelo ex-companheiro. O motivo de tais crimes estaria relacionado ao inconformismo do homem quanto ao fim do relacionamento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, a mulher obteve medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia que impediam o homem de manter contato e de se aproximar dela. Todavia, apesar de intimado das medidas, ele continuou a persegui-la, inclusive mudando-se de sua cidade natal para Chapec\u00f3, onde a mulher veio residir ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do relacionamento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Diante dos reiterados comportamentos agressivos do ex-companheiro, a mulher registrou, novamente, boletins de ocorr\u00eancia junto \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil. A autoridade policial, diante dos elementos colhidos, representou pela decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva do indiv\u00edduo, obtendo a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e o deferimento do ju\u00edzo.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias, os policiais civis localizaram o homem em Chapec\u00f3 e deram cumprimento ao mandado. O indiv\u00edduo foi interrogado no inqu\u00e9rito policial em tr\u00e2mite na DPCAMI e, em seguida, encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio de Chapec\u00f3, onde permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
