Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal (DPA) da Grande Florian\u00f3polis na tarde de quarta-feira (16) em verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de retorno em Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, prendeu em flagrante um homem pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3o.<\/p><p>No caso em tela, durante dilig\u00eancias na cidade, a equipe da DPA havia percebido o c\u00e3o \u201cDisciplina\u201d, da ra\u00e7a pitbull, na frente de uma resid\u00eancia, em ambiente bastante sujo, sem qualquer abrigo a intemp\u00e9ries, preso a uma corrente curta em um sof\u00e1, sem acesso \u00e0 \u00e1gua e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada.\u00a0<\/p><p>Na oportunidade, o tutor foi orientado com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao crime de maus-tratos e notificado para as adequa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias ao bem-estar do animal, observando-se as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da resid\u00eancia, bem como para a castra\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria, nos termos da Lei Estadual n\u00b0 14.204\/2007.<\/p><p>Passado o prazo para ajuste, a equipe retornou ao local e constatou que o tutor n\u00e3o promoveu qualquer melhoria para o seu c\u00e3o, que permanecia da mesma forma, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es prec\u00e1rias de salubridade e sa\u00fade.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nas oitivas de testemunhas, os policiais civis ainda tomaram conhecimento de que o homem havia dito \u201cque n\u00e3o faria nada, pois ningu\u00e9m retornaria para fiscalizar\u201d.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">O autor de maus-tratos foi conduzido \u00e0 Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial, onde foi lavrado o procedimento policial, e permaneceu \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p><p>O c\u00e3o ficou sob os cuidados de uma vizinha at\u00e9 sua destina\u00e7\u00e3o para ado\u00e7\u00e3o
