Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Joinville, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta nesta quinta-feira (17) com a delegacia da Comarca de Garuva, Instituto do Meio Ambiente de Santa Catarina (IMA) e Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica de Joinville (PCI), realizou uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio de Garuva, na localidade do Quiriri, contra a ca\u00e7a ilegal de animais silvestres e supress\u00e3o de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa.\u00a0<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou a partir de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que um homem frequentemente pratica tais crimes em propriedades de terceiros. Segundo apurado ainda, o homem n\u00e3o tem fonte de renda l\u00edcita e vive da pr\u00e1tica de crimes ambientais.\u00a0<\/p><p>Na propriedade onde ocorreu a dilig\u00eancia de busca e apreens\u00e3o, as equipes localizaram armadilhas para ca\u00e7a, aves silvestres aprisionadas, al\u00e9m de constatar a supress\u00e3o recente de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m das apreens\u00f5es efetuadas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, houve a apreens\u00e3o administrativa pelo IMA de tr\u00eas motosserras.\u00a0<\/p><p>O investigado foi preso em flagrante delito pelo exerc\u00edcio da ca\u00e7a ilegal, com o agravante da pr\u00e1tica em per\u00edodo noturno e supress\u00e3o de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o do Bioma Mata Atl\u00e2ntica.
