Foi confirmada ainda a exist\u00eancia de tr\u00eas c\u00e3es bastante magros, sem acesso \u00e0 \u00e1gua, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e abrigo adequados, sendo que um deles estava acorrentado em corrente bem curta.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Nessas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, tamb\u00e9m foi localizado um galo preso embaixo da resid\u00eancia, sem qualquer ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m desses animais, tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidas tr\u00eas aves da fauna silvestre, mantidas em cativeiro sem a devida permiss\u00e3o e anilhas, o que tamb\u00e9m caracteriza crime pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental.<\/p><p>Ressalte-se que o acusado havia sido preso recentemente pelos mesmos delitos, de forma que estava ciente da ilicitude da sua conduta, inclusive comprou outra arma ap\u00f3s receber a liberdade provis\u00f3ria.<\/p><p>Os animais dom\u00e9sticos ficaram sob os cuidados de fiel deposit\u00e1ria e os silvestres ser\u00e3o encaminhados pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental respons\u00e1vel. Formalizado o procedimento criminal na Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial, o preso permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder
