Tal fato foi relatado pela v\u00edtima \u00e0 m\u00e3e h\u00e1 aproximadamente dois meses, mas a mulher n\u00e3o tomou nenhuma provid\u00eancia para levar o fato ao conhecimento das autoridades.<br><br>No dia 18 deste m\u00eas, o Conselho Tutelar tomou conhecimento do fato e procedeu ao afastamento da m\u00e3e e filhos para uma casa da tia da v\u00edtima. Entretanto, depoimentos apontaram que, no mesmo dia, a m\u00e3e e a v\u00edtima retornaram para a casa para junto ao padrasto, colocando, novamente, a menina em contato com o agressor.<br><br>Ap\u00f3s o depoimento de testemunhas, foi representado pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do agressor. Considerando que a m\u00e3e tem o dever legal de prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos filhos, tamb\u00e9m foi determinado pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio que a m\u00e3e n\u00e3o mantenha contato com a crian\u00e7a, ficando essa aos cuidados da av\u00f3. Hoje, foi cumprido tamb\u00e9m o afastamento (medida cautelar) da m\u00e3e pelo oficial de justi\u00e7a.
