A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 70 policiais e foi coordenada pelo delegado Andr\u00e9 Beckman, da DECOR\/DEIC.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p>Ao longo da opera\u00e7\u00e3o foram cumpridos cinco mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, bem como 22 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar. A Pol\u00edcia Civil procedeu tamb\u00e9m o sequestro de ve\u00edculos e im\u00f3veis no valor aproximado de R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o. O Poder Judici\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m determinou o afastamento cautelar de tr\u00eas servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/p><p>Em mar\u00e7o de 2021, o SAMAE de Blumenau realizou licita\u00e7\u00e3o para contratar empresa especializada em ro\u00e7ada e limpeza geral de \u00e1reas externas dos seus im\u00f3veis. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aponta que houve fraude ao car\u00e1ter competitivo da licita\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vez que tr\u00eas empresas em conluio impediram a plena participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos demais concorrentes, bem como direcionaram o procedimento para a empresa vencedora.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s vencida a licita\u00e7\u00e3o, essa empresa superfaturou os servi\u00e7os de ro\u00e7ada e limpeza geral, informando metragens que chegaram a superar at\u00e9 o triplo do tamanho do im\u00f3vel, caso do Reservat\u00f3rio Ararangu\u00e1, localizado no Bairro Garcia. A Pol\u00edcia Civil estima que a empresa auferiu lucro il\u00edcito m\u00e9dio de R$ 100 mil ao m\u00eas.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m das unidades da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DEIC), a Coordenadoria das Delegacias de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (CECOR\/DEIC), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com equipes da 3\u00aa Delegacia Regional de Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
