data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na ter\u00e7a-feira (5), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Capturas da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DECAP\/DEIC), cumpriu mandado de pris\u00e3o, expedido pela Vara \u00danica da Comarca e Bom Retiro, em desfavor de um homem, pelos crimes previstos nos artigos 33 e 35 da Lei 11.343\/06.<br><br>O homem era foragido por tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico e, no ano de 2013, foi indiciado por um atentado terrorista de uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa na cidade de Bom Retiro, por ter ateado fogo em um \u00f4nibus na cidade.<br><br>Ap\u00f3s competente trabalho investigativo da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Bom Retiro, visando desarticular n\u00facleo de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa enraizada naquele munic\u00edpio, foi expedido o mandado de pris\u00e3o.<br><br>Dessa forma, os policiais civis de Bom Retiro verificaram que, ap\u00f3s a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado de pris\u00e3o, o homem se evadiu do munic\u00edpio e solicitaram apoio operacional para localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o do foragido \u00e0 DECAP\/DEIC.<br><br>Ap\u00f3s diversas dilig\u00eancias investigativas, foi poss\u00edvel descobrir o paradeiro do homem, que foi acompanhado pelas equipes da delegacia especializada e abordado numa resid\u00eancia no bairro Caminho Novo em Palho\u00e7a.<br><br>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser
