Instaurado o competente inqu\u00e9rito policial, ap\u00f3s a coleta de robusto conjunto probat\u00f3rio, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva dos suspeitos, pleito deferido pelo Ju\u00edzo da 1\u00ba Vara Criminal da Comarca de Tubar\u00e3o.<br><br>De posse do mandado, os policiais procederam em dilig\u00eancias e lograram \u00eaxito em capturar os investigados no Bairro S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Margem Esquerda, em Tubar\u00e3o.
