Durante atividades de rotina, os policiais foram alertados sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos c\u00e3es que eram mantidos sem \u00e1gua e comida em uma resid\u00eancia. <br \/>Ao chegar ao local, foi constatada a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maus-tratos, sendo que um dos animais apresentava magreza extrema. O propriet\u00e1rio dos c\u00e3es n\u00e3o estava no local, mas foi rapidamente identificado e detido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil no Centro da cidade, sendo autuado em flagrante e encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio Regional.
