Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, cumpriu mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia de um homem que integrava uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa destinada ao tr\u00e1fico de drogas, realizando n\u00e3o apenas a trafic\u00e2ncia como tamb\u00e9m atuando como advogado do grupo criminoso. <br \/>Como apurado, o investigado se valia da sua condi\u00e7\u00e3o de advogado para mascarar suas atividades il\u00edcitas e ter acesso aos procedimentos investigat\u00f3rios que atingissem ou pudessem vir a atingir os membros do grupo criminoso.<br \/>Durante o cumprimento do mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o foram apreendidas, dentre outras coisas, diversas por\u00e7\u00f5es de coca\u00edna j\u00e1 preparadas para a venda, comprimidos de ecstasy, uma balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o, material para embalar as drogas e a quantia de U$ 30.000,00 (trinta mil d\u00f3lares). <br \/>O preso foi conduzido \u00e0 DIC-BC para a lavratura do Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante e posteriormente encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio do Vale do
