Estelionatos da Capital (DCE\/DIC) estava monitorando um indiv\u00edduo, investigado por realizar uma negocia\u00e7\u00e3o aparentemente fraudulenta de im\u00f3vel no Norte da Ilha, gerando mais de R$60 mil de preju\u00edzo \u00e0 v\u00edtima.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abordado no in\u00edcio da noite desta quarta-feira (04) e constatada a exist\u00eancia de mandado de pris\u00e3o ativo, oriundo de outra Comarca por crime diverso, os policias da DCE deram cumprimento \u00e0 ordem, encaminhado o indiv\u00edduo \u00e0 Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial (CPP).
