Os policiais prenderam um dos suspeitos identificados pelo crime de furto praticado em Tubar\u00e3o e apreenderam aparelhos de celular e outros elementos de convic\u00e7\u00e3o.<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><b>Entenda o caso<\/b><br>A DIC de Tubar\u00e3o tomou conhecimento de que no dia 17 de setembro de 2023, por volta das 15h, duas pessoas ingressaram em um apartamento localizado em um edif\u00edcio situado no Centro de Tubar\u00e3o, permaneceram no interior do im\u00f3vel por cerca de tr\u00eas horas e subtra\u00edram j\u00f3ias, eletrodom\u00e9sticos, dentre outros itens, resultando no preju\u00edzo aproximado de R$ 120 mil. A fam\u00edlia n\u00e3o estava no im\u00f3vel na oportunidade.<br>Um inqu\u00e9rito policial foi instaurado visando apurar o fato e, ap\u00f3s cerca de um m\u00eas de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, os dois autores diretos do furto e uma mulher que participou indiretamente foram identificados. Eles comp\u00f5em uma \u201cquadrilha\u201d especializada em furtos de grande monta, sobretudo em apartamentos de luxo, e tem como base a cidade de Jaragu\u00e1 do Sul.<br>Diante dos fatos e dos elementos probat\u00f3rios coletados at\u00e9 aquele momento, representou-se pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na casa de dois dos investigados e pela pris\u00e3o preventiva dos tr\u00eas suspeitos, pleitos deferidos pelo Ju\u00edzo da 2\u00ba Vara Criminal desta Comarca.
