data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na sexta-feira (27), a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de Santa Catarina, por meio da Divis\u00e3o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital (DPA\/DIC), com apoio da Coordenadoria de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Especiais, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 (DIBEA), prendeu em flagrante um homem pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3es, da ra\u00e7a bull terrier, na localidade Benjamin, em S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9.<br \/>As den\u00fancias mencionavam que um casal de c\u00e3es era mantido em p\u00e9ssimas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de higiene e de sa\u00fade, em corrente fixa e espa\u00e7o pequeno, visando \u00e0 reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de animais. Durante as dilig\u00eancias do \u00f3rg\u00e3o municipal de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, ningu\u00e9m se identificava como respons\u00e1vel pelos animais, de forma que as equipes efetuaram verifica\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta no local, confirmando as condi\u00e7\u00f5es inaceit\u00e1veis em que se encontravam os c\u00e3es.<br \/>Os cachorros estavam em ambiente insalubre, sem acesso \u00e0 \u00e1gua, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e descanso adequado, bem como um deles estava em corrente que sequer lhe permitia descanso adequado. Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias na comunidade, a Pol\u00edcia Civil identificou o tutor dos animais, o qual foi autuado em flagrante delito pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado.<br \/>Os animais foram resgatados e est\u00e3o sob os cuidados da DIBEA de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, at\u00e9 a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos tr\u00e2mites para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.
