O fato ocorreu em Crici\u00fama. O grupo armado tentava subtrair sua caminhonete. Um disparo atingiu o policial. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pela DIC de Crici\u00fama, unidade da Pol\u00edcia Civil coordenada pelo Delegado Yuri Miqueluzzi.\u00a0<\/p><p>Poucas horas depois, dois envolvidos foram presos em flagrante. O carro usado pelos criminosos foi apreendido. Outras tr\u00eas pessoas foram identificadas, sendo um adolescente e outros dois homens, totalizando cinco pessoas envolvidas no crime. O adolescente foi apreendido e sentenciado com interna\u00e7\u00e3o pela sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no grave fato. Duas armas de fogo foram apreendidas.<\/p><p>A pedido da Pol\u00edcia Civil, a dupla foragida teve sua pris\u00e3o preventiva decretada. O trabalho policial identificou o paradeiro de ambos, escondidos em locais diferentes. Um deles morreu em confronto com os policiais civis. Uma arma de fogo foi apreendida na sua posse. O outro foi capturado e recolhido ao sistema prisional para julgamento.<\/p><p>Encerrada a instru\u00e7\u00e3o processual no primeiro grau, com trabalho de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o pela 2\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Crici\u00fama, houve senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria pela 2\u00aa Vara Criminal de Crici\u00fama. As penas somadas ultrapassam 70 anos de reclus\u00e3o, com a condena\u00e7\u00e3o dos tr\u00eas r\u00e9us pelos crimes de latroc\u00ednio consumado e corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de menores.
