Em um determinado momento, o investigado pediu para entrar no im\u00f3vel e, ap\u00f3s ingressar no local, passou a for\u00e7ar a v\u00edtima a pr\u00e1tica conjun\u00e7\u00e3o carnal e sexo oral.<\/p>\n<p>A v\u00edtima, ap\u00f3s o crime, imediatamente compareceu a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil, registrando a ocorr\u00eancia.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Passos Maia, com apoio do N\u00facleo de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com C\u00e3es (NOC) de Xanxer\u00ea, prontamente identificaram e qualificaram o suspeito, encaminhando as informa\u00e7\u00f5es para a Autoridade Policial.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>O Delegado de Pol\u00edcia Civil instaurou o inqu\u00e9rito policial, representando pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, medida cautelar que foi prontamente deferida pela Autoridade Judici\u00e1ria, ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Membro do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Desta forma, o delegado e um policial civil da DPMu se deslocaram para a cidade de Erechim, local em que o suspeito estava escondido e, com apoio dos policiais civis do RS, deram cumprimento a pris\u00e3o preventiva. O suspeito foi trazido para Xanxer\u00ea e interrogado pela Autoridade Policial.
