Finalizadas as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o trio foi indiciado e a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pelas pris\u00f5es preventivas.<br \/>No bairro Vila Rica, uma dupla armada abordou uma v\u00edtima mulher que estava saindo de casa. A mulher seu carro subtra\u00eddo. Ap\u00f3s, os autores ainda realizaram outro roubo em I\u00e7ara, em uma conveni\u00eancia de posto de combust\u00edvel.
