font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\"><br>A DIC de Tubar\u00e3o tomou conhecimento, por meio de um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, de que a v\u00edtima transitava com o seu carro \u00e0 noite quando foi interceptada por um indiv\u00edduo armado que conduzia uma motocicleta, o qual acabou por subtrair seu aparelho de celular e aproximadamente R$ 5.800,00 (cinco mil e oitocentos reais).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s in\u00fameras dilig\u00eancias, investigadores da DIC de Tubar\u00e3o recuperaram o aparelho de celular subtra\u00eddo da v\u00edtima, tendo o aparelho sido restitu\u00eddo a ela. Instaurou-se o competente inqu\u00e9rito policial e, ap\u00f3s a coleta de robusto conjunto probat\u00f3rio, foi poss\u00edvel identificar o suspeito do roubo.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse sentido, o Delegado de Pol\u00edcia respons\u00e1vel pelas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado e por busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua casa, pleito que foi deferido pelo Ju\u00edzo da 2\u00ba Vara Criminal de Tubar\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>De posse dos competentes mandados, logrou-se \u00eaxito em capturar o suspeito na cidade de Laguna e, em sua casa, os policiais apreenderam uma pequena por\u00e7\u00e3o de maconha.<\/p>\n<p>O suspeito foi conduzido \u00e0 sede da DIC de Tubar\u00e3o e, ap\u00f3s os procedimentos de Pol\u00edcia judici\u00e1ria, foi encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Tubar\u00e3o, onde permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DIC de Tubar\u00e3o prende suspeito de assalto ocorrido em janeiro deste ano A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Tubar\u00e3o (DIC\/PCSC), prendeu preventivamente um homem suspeito de ter assaltado um indiv\u00edduo no dia 15 de janeiro deste ano, no bairro Vila Moema.
