Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Lavagem de Dinheiro (DLAV), unidade especializada da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DEIC), com o apoio do Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, deflagrou, nesta ter\u00e7a feira (5), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCifra Oculta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ao todo foram cumpridos 28 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o cumpridos em cinco estados: em Ananindeua (PA), Curitiba (PR), Viadutos (RS), Sete Barras (SP) e os demais no estado de Santa Catarina em Itaja\u00ed, BC, Navegantes, Itapema, S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul e Pi\u00e7arras. De acordo com o delegado Jeferson Prado tamb\u00e9m foram sequestrados bens no valor de R$ 50 milh\u00f5es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o identificou sofisticado esquema de lavagem de capitais decorrentes de diversos crimes, especialmente tr\u00e1fico de drogas e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. Dentre os crimes investigados est\u00e3o a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de interpostas pessoas para movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de criptomoedas e de contas banc\u00e1rias, utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas jur\u00eddicas fantasmas, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas jur\u00eddicas para a mescla de valores e dissimula\u00e7\u00e3o de lucros e dividendos e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de bens de luxo.<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apontou movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o expressiva de valores e de bens de modo que est\u00e3o sendo cumpridos tamb\u00e9m mandados de sequestro de bens no importe de 50 Milh\u00f5es de Reais.<\/p>\n<p><b>Projeto Impulse<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Segundo Pedro Mendes, diretor adjunto da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DEIC\/PCSC) disse que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o deflagrada hoje \u00e9 de vital import\u00e2ncia para coibir o crime de lavagem de dinheiro em Santa Catarina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio das Pol\u00edcias Civis de S\u00e3o Paulo, Paran\u00e1, Rio Grande do Sul e do Par\u00e1, das demais unidades especializadas da DEIC, Diretoria de Intelig\u00eancia, CORE e do Laborat\u00f3rio de Tecnologia em Lavagem de Dinheiro, al\u00e9m do MJSP, atrav\u00e9s do Projeto Impulse, que est\u00e1 inserido no Programa de Enfrentamento a Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas
