Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o a Animais Dom\u00e9sticos do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Diretora de Bem-Estar Animal, apurou den\u00fancias de canis irregulares das ra\u00e7as Pitbull (identificados como American Bully), Spitz Alem\u00e3o, Yorkshire e Shitzu, em Florian\u00f3polis.<br \/>Ap\u00f3s receber registros de ocorr\u00eancias acerca de suposto criador de c\u00e3es da ra\u00e7a Pitbull, o que \u00e9 proibido pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o catarinense (Lei Estadual n\u00ba 14.204\/2017), as institui\u00e7\u00f5es verificaram o local, tomando as provid\u00eancias cab\u00edveis nas suas esferas de atribui\u00e7\u00f5es.<br \/>Na den\u00fancia envolvendo supostos Pitbulls, no bairro Ingleses, constatou-se uma f\u00eamea e filhotes da ra\u00e7a American Bully, os quais necessitavam melhorias nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade e de ambiente. No que tange ao local envolvendo as ra\u00e7as Spitz Alem\u00e3o, Yorkshire e Shitzu, no bairro C\u00f3rrego Grande, verificou-se que os c\u00e3es aparentavam boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade, mas o ambiente precisava de adequa\u00e7\u00f5es.<br \/>Todos os animais foram microchipados e receberam atendimento m\u00e9dico-veterin\u00e1rio pela equipe da Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal da Capital j\u00e1 no local, sendo que, como os tutores negaram a atividade de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, o que demandaria regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, foram notificados para as devidas adequa\u00e7\u00f5es no ambiente e promover\u00e3o a castra\u00e7\u00e3o dos animais no \u00f3rg\u00e3o municipal.
