Prote\u00e7\u00e3o a Animais Dom\u00e9sticos do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital (DPA\/DIC), concluiu inqu\u00e9rito policial que apurou crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3o, majorado pela morte do animal, o qual fora v\u00edtima de disparo de arma de fogo, no munic\u00edpio de \u00c1guas Mornas.<br \/>Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, um homem, motivado por conflitos comerciais com o tutor do c\u00e3o, deslocou-se at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia da fam\u00edlia, portando arma de fogo, e, tendo em vista os incessantes latidos da cachorra da ra\u00e7a Rottweiler, que se encontrava presa no lado de dentro do port\u00e3o, o autor disparou contra o animal. \u201cPandora\u201d n\u00e3o resistiu e veio a \u00f3bito no local. <br \/>Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do suspeito, a autoridade policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva e pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos endere\u00e7os do investigado, com manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, mas o Poder Judici\u00e1rio entendeu ausentes os requisitos cautelares para que o acusado respondesse preso \u00e0 persecu\u00e7\u00e3o criminal, o que n\u00e3o significa que n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser condenado ao final do processo.<br \/>Em interrogat\u00f3rio, o investigado ficou em sil\u00eancio.
