O suspeito vinha sendo monitorado por agentes da pol\u00edcia civil, sendo a a\u00e7\u00e3o fruto de intenso trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, capta\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens e dilig\u00eancias de campo.<br \/>O crime ocorreu no \u00faltimo dia 04 de novembro, quando o suspeito, de acordo com o laudo pericial, praticou o crime por meio cruel, atrav\u00e9s de instrumento contundente, causando, em raz\u00e3o dos golpes, a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da vitima na regi\u00e3o da face. <br \/>Ap\u00f3s a captura, o suspeito foi conduzido \u00e0 delegacia de Pol\u00edcia para formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o e, na sequ\u00eancia, encaminhado ao Sistema Prisional, onde ficar\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
