A v\u00edtima estaria no Hospital S\u00e3o Camilo e teria sofrido golpes de martelo e de enxada na cabe\u00e7a. Prontamente foram realizadas diversas dilig\u00eancias que culminaram na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e captura do suspeito, o qual teria se evadido do local.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s trabalho realizado no local do crime, o suspeito foi capturado pela Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Imbituba e conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial para a lavratura do Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante pelo crime de homic\u00eddio, na forma tentada, qualificada pelo motivo f\u00fatil (art. 121, par\u00e1grafo segundo, inc. II, CP c\/c art. 14, II, CP).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Conforme investiga\u00e7\u00e3o realizada, a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime teria sido uma disputa por terreno. Ao chegar \u00e0 sua resid\u00eancia, a v\u00edtima e a esposa foram repreendidas pelo suspeito. Durante a discuss\u00e3o, o suspeito pegou um martelo e desferiu um golpe na cabe\u00e7a da v\u00edtima. Em seguida, ap\u00f3s a v\u00edtima tentar se defender, o suspeito ainda pegou uma enxada, que estava no local, e desferiu outro golpe na cabe\u00e7a da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<p>Importante ressaltar que a pris\u00e3o em flagrante s\u00f3 se tornou poss\u00edvel diante do pronto atendimento realizado pelos policiais civis convocados para a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ver\u00e3o e da troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es com a Pol\u00edcia Militar, que tamb\u00e9m auxiliou na conten\u00e7\u00e3o do local do crime.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Em Imbituba, Pol\u00edcia Civil prende em flagrante suspeito de tentativa de homic\u00eddio Na tarde desta sexta-feira (05), a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Imbituba recebeu informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que havia ocorrido uma tentativa de homic\u00eddio, na localidade da Vila Nova Alvorada, no munic\u00edpio de Imbituba.
