Na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (26), com apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar, foi dado cumprimento a mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em desfavor do autor em Florian\u00f3polis.<br \/>Ap\u00f3s o recebimento de boletins de ocorr\u00eancia narrando o mesmo modus operandi, instaurou-se o respectivo inqu\u00e9rito policial e, ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, identificou-se o autor, um homem que circulava pela regi\u00e3o sondando resid\u00eancias e com\u00e9rcios com acessos vulner\u00e1veis.<br \/>A autoridade policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do acusado, a qual foi prontamente deferida diante da manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (4\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a) e do Poder Judici\u00e1rio (4\u00aa Vara Criminal) da Capital.<br \/>Tendo em vista que o investigado encontrava-se em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua, na data de hoje, foi abordado pela Pol\u00edcia Militar em outra ocorr\u00eancia e dado cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o.<br \/>O preso foi interrogado, indiciado e encaminhado ao Pres\u00eddio da Capital.
