data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na quarta-feira (31), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, deflagrou opera\u00e7\u00e3o com o objetivo de angariar elementos para Inqu\u00e9rito Policial que apura a pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de extors\u00e3o, contra a economia popular (agiotagem), bem como lavagem de capitais.<br \/>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio mediante o comparecimento de uma v\u00edtima at\u00e9 a DIC de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 em novembro de 2023, em raz\u00e3o das fortes e constantes amea\u00e7as que sofreram em decorr\u00eancia do inadimplemento do empr\u00e9stimo realizado com os autores, os quais al\u00e9m de cobrarem juros excessivos, tamb\u00e9m exigiam multa por dia de atraso. <br \/>Com efeito, no decorrer das dilig\u00eancias foram constatadas outras v\u00edtimas dos crimes praticados pelos autores, bem como se constatou que os investigados utilizam terceiros indiv\u00edduos como \u201claranjas\u201d, a fim de movimentarem dinheiro e compra de bens.<br \/>Dessa forma, ap\u00f3s representar ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pelas medidas cab\u00edveis, restaram cumpridos cinco mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em desfavor de um dos autores, bem como o sequestro de um ve\u00edculo BMW, modelo 320i., ano 2021. Ademais, diversos objetos de interesse investigativo restaram apreendidos.
