data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta sexta-feira (02), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio do Centro de Apoio Operacional de Combate aos Crimes Contra o Agroneg\u00f3cio (CAOAGRO\/PCSC), com apoio de Policiais Civis da Delegacia Regional de Chapec\u00f3, juntamente com a CIDASC (Companhia Integrada de Desenvolvimento Agr\u00edcola de Santa Catarina), IMA (Instituto do Meio Ambiente de Santa Catarina) e Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria, realizou fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em abatedouro localizado no bairro Esplanada, em Chapec\u00f3.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta foi motivada por den\u00fancias de que esse estabelecimento, apesar de estar regularizado nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sanit\u00e1rios, realizava descarte irregular de carca\u00e7as\/dejetos e comercializava produtos impr\u00f3prios.<\/p><p>Durante a vistoria, al\u00e9m de irregularidades sanit\u00e1rias na estrutura do estabelecimento, os profissionais flagraram uma lagoa de tratamento de efluentes a c\u00e9u aberto, exalando forte odor, al\u00e9m de outras esta\u00e7\u00f5es que se mostravam insuficientes ao tratamento dos dejetos. Ainda na parte externa, verificou-se o armazenamento de v\u00edsceras em recipiente aberto.<\/p><p>Ao analisar os produtos expostos para venda no a\u00e7ougue conexo ao abatedouro, a equipe identificou produtos c\u00e1rneos com validade vencida, embalagem rompida e aspectos caracter\u00edsticos de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Aproximadamente 25kg de carne su\u00edna\/bovina foram descartados e outros 12kg foram apreendidos para an\u00e1lise laboratorial.<\/p><p>O propriet\u00e1rio foi notificado administrativamente por infra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s normas sanit\u00e1rias e ambientais.
