3\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (3\u00aa Decor), deflagrou a 3\u00aa fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cProfus\u00e3o\u201d, destinada ao cumprimento de onze mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e de tr\u00eas mandados de pris\u00e3o nas cidades de Joinville e S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul, no norte do estado. <br \/>As dilig\u00eancias foram cumpridas em continuidade \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cProfus\u00e3o\u201d, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da qual se apura uma s\u00e9rie de delitos praticados por agentes p\u00fablicos vinculados ao DETRAN\/SC, em conluio com particulares.<br \/>Conforme evidenciado ao longo da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, outras pessoas foram identificadas como integrantes de um esquema criminoso voltado \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, inser\u00e7\u00e3o de dados falsos em sistema de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva, viola\u00e7\u00e3o de sigilo funcional e corrup\u00e7\u00e3o ativa.<br \/>Na presente data, foram presos um advogado, uma funcion\u00e1ria p\u00fablica vinculada ao DETRAN e uma particular que atuavam em prol do grupo criminoso. Al\u00e9m das pris\u00f5es, mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o foram cumpridos em desfavor de indiv\u00edduos ligados ao grupo criminoso.<br \/>Policiais civis da Diretoria da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais, da Coordenadoria Estadual de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, da DECOR\/DEIC, da 1\u00aa DECOR, da 2\u00aa DECOR, da 4\u00aa DECOR e da 2\u00aa Delegacia Regional de Pol\u00edcia de Joinville participaram da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.
