Delegacia de Capturas da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DECAP\/DEIC), cumpriu mandado de pris\u00e3o, expedido em desfavor de uma mulher pelo crime previsto no art. 2\u00b0 da Lei 12.850.<\/p><p>Ciente do mandado de pris\u00e3o em seu desfavor, a mulher, considerada lideran\u00e7a feminina de fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa atuante no Estado do Amap\u00e1, evadiu-se, vindo a se esconder no estado de Santa Catarina.<\/p><p>Policiais Civis do Amap\u00e1 solicitaram apoio para localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e captura da ent\u00e3o foragida \u00e0 DECAP\/DEIC. Ap\u00f3s diversas dilig\u00eancias investigativas e troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, foi poss\u00edvel descobrir o paradeiro da mulher, sendo acompanhada pelas equipes da delegacia especializada e abordada momento que sa\u00eda de uma resid\u00eancia situada no interior do Munic\u00edpio de Palho\u00e7a.<\/p><p>A DECAP\/DEIC refor\u00e7a o seu compromisso em prol da seguran\u00e7a da sociedade catarinense e se compromete com as demais unidades policiais do Estado no aux\u00edlio \u00e0 captura de foragidos.<\/p><p>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br. Al\u00e9m disso, pelo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.pc.sc.gov.br\/foragidos\/\">Portal Foragidos da PCSC<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9 poss\u00edvel conhecer a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de procurados pela Justi\u00e7a.
