Apesar da colis\u00e3o, o motorista n\u00e3o permaneceu no local, tendo o ciclista sido socorrido por terceiros com diversos ferimentos pelo corpo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nesta segunda-feira (26), ap\u00f3s analisar imagens de videomonitoramento e entrevistar testemunhas, os policiais civis da DP de Garopaba identificaram o ve\u00edculo e o localizaram estacionado na regi\u00e3o central da Praia do Rosa, em Imbituba, onde tamb\u00e9m estava seu propriet\u00e1rio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O motorista, cuja habilita\u00e7\u00e3o para conduzir ve\u00edculos est\u00e1 suspensa, afirmou n\u00e3o ter notado a colis\u00e3o. O crime de les\u00e3o corporal na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo automotor, sem prestar socorro, possui penas de 8 meses a 3 anos e suspens\u00e3o ou proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de se obter a permiss\u00e3o ou a habilita\u00e7\u00e3o para dirigir ve\u00edculo automotor, ao passo que o delito de dire\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo com o direito de dirigir suspenso possui pena de deten\u00e7\u00e3o, de seis meses a um ano, ou multa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Colabore com a Pol\u00edcia Civil.
