O suspeito teria descumprido decis\u00e3o judicial que fixou medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Recentemente, a v\u00edtima compareceu na DP de Imbituba e requereu medidas protetivas,\u00a0 argumentando de que teria sido agredida fisicamente e amea\u00e7ada pelo seu companheiro.
