data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na quarta-feira (28), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de S\u00e3o Joaquim, com apoio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, ao Adolescente, \u00e0 Mulher e ao Idoso de S\u00e3o Joaquim, deu cumprimento a um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o e um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva na cidade de S\u00e3o Joaquim, em desfavor de autor de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e com\u00e9rcio ilegal de armas de fogo.<\/p><p>Trata-se de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o iniciada no final de outubro do ano passado, onde ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias e levantamentos investigativos foi representado, deferido e dado cumprimento a um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, onde foram apreendidas armas de diversos calibres (revolver, rifles e espingarda), muni\u00e7\u00f5es de diversos calibres e cerca de 400 g de coca\u00edna, embalada para venda, al\u00e9m de balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, o investigado n\u00e3o se encontrava na resid\u00eancia e um Inqu\u00e9rito policial foi instaurado para apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos. Com isso, mais dilig\u00eancias foram feitas e, ao final, o Inqu\u00e9rito foi encaminhado ao ju\u00edzo com indiciamento e representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado e uma nova busca e apreens\u00e3o em sua resid\u00eancia.<\/p><p>A pris\u00e3o, bem como as buscas foram deferidas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e, na quarta-feira (28), os policiais civis, ap\u00f3s campana lograram \u00eaxito em prender o investigado no momento em que estava saindo de casa e, em ato cont\u00ednuo, procedendo a busca e apreens\u00e3o na resid\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Foram apreendidos mais um rev\u00f3lver, vinte e duas muni\u00e7\u00f5es, al\u00e9m de drogas, balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o e r\u00e1dio comunicadores.<\/p><p>O preso foi conduzido a DIC de S\u00e3o Joaquim, para a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de seu interrogat\u00f3rio e demais procedimentos legais, sendo encaminhado posteriormente ao Pres\u00eddio de Lages, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
