font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">De acordo com a delegada Katherine de Oliveira Sebould, coordenadora da DIC de Palho\u00e7a, a pris\u00e3o deu-se em via p\u00fablica na avenida Elza Lucchi, \u00e1rea central do munic\u00edpio. Ao ser abordado, o apenado, possuidor de mandado de pris\u00e3o, empreendeu fuga e ofereceu intensa resist\u00eancia f\u00edsica \u00e0 sua deten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>No ano de 2019, o suspeito, juntamente com outros indiv\u00edduos, foi investigado pela DIC de Palho\u00e7a e, ao final do inqu\u00e9rito policial, restou indiciado pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico de drogas e corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de menores.<\/p>\n<p>Havia contra o acusado mandado de pris\u00e3o em processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o da pena em duas a\u00e7\u00f5es penais, uma pela Comarca de Florian\u00f3polis e outra pela Comarca de Palho\u00e7a, nas quais o homem foi condenado pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico de drogas, respectivamente.
