font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio das delegacias de repress\u00e3o a crimes de inform\u00e1tica (DRCI) e de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos Direitos das Mulheres <\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">(DPDM), da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DEIC), em a\u00e7\u00e3o que contou com o apoio do Laborat\u00f3rio de Intelig\u00eancia Cibern\u00e9tica (CIBERLAB\/SC), do Laborat\u00f3rio de Intelig\u00eancia Cibern\u00e9tica do Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a (CIBERLAB\/MJ) e da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Esp\u00edrito Santo, deflagrou uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de grande import\u00e2ncia para o combate ao Cyberbullying. A Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica (PCI) de Santa Catarina tamb\u00e9m participou da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">No desdobramento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram cumpridos mandados de Busca e Apreens\u00e3o e Interna\u00e7\u00e3o Provis\u00f3ria de Adolescente envolvido com a pr\u00e1tica de Cyberbullying, em Penha. O indiv\u00edduo em quest\u00e3o integrava grupo virtual que promovia incita\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 automutila\u00e7\u00e3o e ao suic\u00eddio entre adolescentes e crian\u00e7as. Tragicamente, algumas v\u00edtimas eram coagidas a realizar atos humilhantes diante de uma audi\u00eancia online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 de extrema import\u00e2ncia ressaltar que o Cyberbullying est\u00e1 se tornando cada vez mais comum em diversas plataformas de m\u00eddia social. Diante desse cen\u00e1rio preocupante, as autoridades enfatizam a necessidade de os pais e respons\u00e1veis estarem atentos ao comportamento de seus filhos e aos conte\u00fados acessados na internet. \u00c9 imperativo adotar medidas de controle parental para proteger as crian\u00e7as e adolescentes dessas amea\u00e7as virtuais, evitando que se tornem v\u00edtimas ou perpetradores de tais crimes.<\/p>\n<p>O Cyberbullying foi al\u00e7ado \u00e0 categoria de crime no C\u00f3digo Penal, por meio da Lei N\u00ba 14.811, promulgada em janeiro de 2024. Essa medida legislativa reconhece a gravidade das condutas relativas \u00e0 viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica e estabelece penalidades severas aos infratores.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse contexto, a a\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es policiais \u00e9 exemplo da import\u00e2ncia da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre as diferentes esferas do poder p\u00fablico para enfrentar os desafios emergentes da cultura digital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina reitera seu compromisso com a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos cidad\u00e3os, especialmente dos mais vulner\u00e1veis.
