data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (26), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o e Crimes contra o Patrim\u00f4nio P\u00fablico (DECOR\/DEIC), cumpriu seis mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos pela 1\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo investigar a pr\u00e1tica do delito de frustra\u00e7\u00e3o do car\u00e1ter competitivo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, ocorrida em 2023, no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a, Defesa Civil e Tr\u00e2nsito de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>O preg\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nico visava \u00e0 contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa especializada para execu\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, instala\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e reforma de abrigos de passageiros de \u00f4nibus do sistema de transporte coletivo do munic\u00edpio. Entretanto, durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, constatou-se que o engenheiro respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnico da empresa vencedora do certame tamb\u00e9m era servidor da Prefeitura Municipal e atuou como fiscal do contrato.<\/p>\n<p>Diante dos ind\u00edcios robustos de direcionamento e favorecimento \u00e0 empresa vencedora, a Pol\u00edcia Civil instaurou inqu\u00e9rito policial e solicitou a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o dos mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, os quais foram cumpridos nesta manh\u00e3.<\/p>\n<p>O referido servidor foi exonerado dos quadros da Prefeitura logo ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do caso. Al\u00e9m disso, outro engenheiro que participou da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato foi desligado da municipalidade dias depois.<\/p>\n<p>Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, verificou-se que uma empregada terceirizada da prefeitura tomou medidas para formatar o computador utilizado pelo principal investigado logo ap\u00f3s a sua exonera\u00e7\u00e3o, com o intuito de destruir provas.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, os dois engenheiros, a propriet\u00e1ria da empresa e a terceirizada foram investigados e alvos do cumprimento dos mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o.
