Com isso, a DIC de Tubar\u00e3o instaurou alguns inqu\u00e9ritos policiais e, ap\u00f3s colheita de robusto conjunto probat\u00f3rio e a importante troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es com a intelig\u00eancia do 5\u00baBPM, representou-se pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de sete mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e tr\u00eas mandados de pris\u00e3o, pleitos que restaram deferidos e cumpridos na quarta-feira passada (28\/03).<\/p><p>Em continuidade \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, foi poss\u00edvel identificar mais dois suspeitos, tendo o Delegado de Pol\u00edcia respons\u00e1vel pelas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es representado pela pris\u00e3o preventiva desses outros dois suspeitos e pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de outro mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o. Os pedidos que tamb\u00e9m foram deferidos pelo Ju\u00edzo da 1\u00ba Vara Criminal de Tubar\u00e3o.<\/p><p>De posse desses novos mandados, deflagrou-se nova fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cIogurte\u201d, tendo os dois investigados sido presos e o mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o cumprido. Ap\u00f3s os procedimentos de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria, os capturados foram conduzidos ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Tubar\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Ao total, at\u00e9 o momento, as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es identificaram cinco autores dos roubos. Um dos suspeitos est\u00e1 foragido.
