Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, deflagrou, na tarde da segunda-feira (22), opera\u00e7\u00e3o para cumprimento de tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura um crime de tortura praticado por dois guardas municipais contra um indiv\u00edduo portador de defici\u00eancia mental, no dia 26\/01\/2024.<\/p><p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, a v\u00edtima foi abordada pelos suspeitos nas margens da Marginal Oeste e colocada dentro de uma viatura, onde teria sido severamente agredida. Em seguida, foi abandonada desacordada nas margens da BR-101, j\u00e1 no munic\u00edpio de Itaja\u00ed, vindo a ser socorrida por uma equipe de resgate da concession\u00e1ria da rodovia.<\/p><p>Os mandados foram cumpridos nos endere\u00e7os dos suspeitos e em seus arm\u00e1rios na base da Guarda Municipal de Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa.
