data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta quarta-feira (24\/04), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 1\u00aa Delegacia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (1\u00aa DECOR), deu cumprimento a quatro mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no Munic\u00edpio de Mafra.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o refere-se \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de uma dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o fraudulenta na SAP (Secretaria de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria), em meados de 2023, cujo objeto consistiu na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de agasalhos para os detentos do Sistema Prisional, com custo estimado de 5 milh\u00f5es de reais.<\/p>\n<p>A princ\u00edpio a CGE j\u00e1 havia identificado o tratamento privilegiado a uma empresa quando das cota\u00e7\u00f5es, fato que ensejou a rescis\u00e3o unilateral do contrato, afastamento do servidor respons\u00e1vel pela contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s instaura\u00e7\u00e3o do Inqu\u00e9rito Policial na 1\u00aa DECOR, foi poss\u00edvel verificar que al\u00e9m do tratamento desigual conferido \u00e0 referida empresa, havia uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de amizade entre o ent\u00e3o servidor e o empres\u00e1rio, ambos atualmente residentes na cidade de Mafra.<\/p>\n<p>Constatou-se, tamb\u00e9m, que a entrega dos agasalhos seria de forma fracionada e que a totalidade seria entregue apenas no final do inverno, descaracterizando a urg\u00eancia alegada no processo de dispensa, motivo pelo qual tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 sendo investigado o crime de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o direta ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da equipe da Delegacia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o
