Os animais eram mantidos em um espa\u00e7o min\u00fasculo, em meios \u00e0s fezes, sem acesso \u00e0 \u00e1gua limpa e sem qualquer indicativo de comida. O estado f\u00edsico dos c\u00e3es era deplor\u00e1vel. Eles foram soltos e alimentados pela pr\u00f3pria Pol\u00edcia Civil. Posteriormente, encaminhados para um s\u00edtio.<\/p><p>O autor do crime n\u00e3o foi preso em flagrante porque n\u00e3o estava no local naquele momento. Entretanto, instaurou-se inqu\u00e9rito policial.
