Na manh\u00e3 do Dia do Trabalhador, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, ao Adolescente, \u00e0 Mulher e ao Idoso (DPCAMI) de Canoinhas, com apoio da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal e do Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de Canoinhas, prendeu dois homens, investigados pelo crime de estupro majorado contra v\u00edtima adolescente. Ap\u00f3s obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o paradeiro dos homens, as equipes da Pol\u00edcia Civil deslocaram at\u00e9 o interior do munic\u00edpio de Tr\u00eas Barras, onde realizam a captura dos alvos.<\/p>

\u00a0O caso em apura\u00e7\u00e3o na DPCAMI indica que a viol\u00eancia sexual era praticada por integrante da pr\u00f3pria fam\u00edlia no ambiente dom\u00e9stico. A inescus\u00e1vel omiss\u00e3o dos pais em comunicar aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos e em agir para impedir que o estupro ocorresse \u00e9 analisada no \u00e2mbito do Inqu\u00e9rito Policial. Uma medida protetiva\/cautelar de afastamento e proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de contato foi executada para prote\u00e7\u00e3o integral da v\u00edtima.<\/p>

Com a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o das ordens pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, ap\u00f3s parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico local, foram ainda executadas duas buscas no munic\u00edpio de Canoinhas, com a apreens\u00e3o de telefones celulares a serem periciados para subsidiar o procedimento investigat\u00f3rio. Havendo condena\u00e7\u00e3o, a pena aos respons\u00e1veis pode atingir at\u00e9 18 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>

As a\u00e7\u00f5es foram executadas dentro do planejamento previsto pela DPCAMI para o primeiro semestre e somam-se aos esfor\u00e7os conjuntos dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e poderes da comarca, demonstrando intoler\u00e2ncia quanto \u00e0s condutas envolvendo viol\u00eancia sexual, dom\u00e9stica e familiar em Canoinhas e regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
