que estaria morando no munic\u00edpio h\u00e1 tr\u00eas dias &#8211; foi alvejado por um disparo de arma de fogo e foi a \u00f3bito antes mesmo do atendimento pelo Corpo de Bombeiros.<\/p>\n<p>As dilig\u00eancias e oitivas realizadas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil apontaram a autoria para os dois investigados, moradores das cidades de Api\u00fana e Ibirama. Com base no conjunto de elementos apurados, foi representado pelo Delegado Wesley de Sousa Costa, ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pela pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria dos conduzidos, sendo o pleito referendado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, tendo sido as pris\u00f5es decretadas no dia 30 de abril de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Os mandados foram cumpridos nas cidades de Ibirama, no bairro Areado e Guaramirim \u2013 tendo em vista que um dos alvos estava naquela cidade dirigindo um caminh\u00e3o no momento em que foi localizado pelas equipes policiais. Os investigados ficar\u00e3o presos temporariamente por 30 dias.
