Os mandados foram cumpridos em reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, empresas e resid\u00eancias e, entre os alvos da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e3o agentes pol\u00edticos, servidores p\u00fablicos e empres\u00e1rios.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o iniciou no ano de 2021 e visa apurar frustra\u00e7\u00e3o do car\u00e1ter competitivo de procedimentos licitat\u00f3rios, assim como a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos itens em quantitativo, pelo o que foi identificado at\u00e9 o momento, desproporcional a real necessidade.<\/p><p>Tamb\u00e9m foi apurado o abastecimento de ve\u00edculos e de m\u00e1quina que, pelo o que se constatou, estariam sem condi\u00e7\u00f5es de uso. Ou seja, ao que tudo indica, foram simulados abastecimentos. Tamb\u00e9m restaram apreendidas armas de proced\u00eancia il\u00edcita e duas pessoas foram presas pelo crime de posse ilegal de arma de fogo.<\/p><p>Para apurar tais fatos, a autoridade policial representou por mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, sendo-os deferidos, integralmente, pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Santa Catarina ap\u00f3s parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de Santa Catarina.
