No in\u00edcio da noite, autor e v\u00edtima estavam em uma festa e, quando a v\u00edtima estava se deslocando na via p\u00fablica, foi alvejada com disparos de arma de fogo pelas costas, indo a \u00f3bito no local.<\/p><p>Iniciadas as dilig\u00eancias, que avan\u00e7aram pela madrugada, os policiais identificaram o ve\u00edculo e a identidade do autor. No in\u00edcio da manh\u00e3, foram realizadas buscas nas resid\u00eancias do autor e fim de efetuar sua pris\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s verificar que j\u00e1 havia sido identificado pela pol\u00edcia, o autor optou por se entregar aos policiais, sendo efetivada sua pris\u00e3o, que foi acompanhada por seus advogados. Tamb\u00e9m foi apreendida a arma usada no crime.<\/p><p>Efetivada a pris\u00e3o, o autor foi interrogado e confessou o crime, alegando ter sido amea\u00e7ado pela v\u00edtima.
