opera\u00e7\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio de Morro Grande, cumprindo um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar, al\u00e9m de um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem acusado de descumprimento de medida protetiva e amea\u00e7a expedida no \u00e2mbito da Lei Maria da Penha.<\/p>\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 resultado de uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apurou diversas den\u00fancias contra o suspeito, que estava enfrentando s\u00e9rios problemas com o consumo excessivo de \u00e1lcool e drogas. De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, o homem vinha causando transtornos \u00e0 comunidade, inclusive amea\u00e7ando os moradores com uma arma de fogo.<\/p>\n<p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que o suspeito j\u00e1 havia sido alvo de uma medida protetiva. No entanto, o indiv\u00edduo ignorou as determina\u00e7\u00f5es legais, chegando a amea\u00e7ar a pr\u00f3pria m\u00e3e, uma de suas v\u00edtimas, levando \u00e0 sua pris\u00e3o preventiva.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-primary-letter-spacing );\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do acusado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio, que teve o pleito deferido, resultando na expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado de pris\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil refor\u00e7a que medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o ferramentas essenciais para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de crimes dom\u00e9sticos e de viol\u00eancia contra a mulher, e que o descumprimento dessas medidas \u00e9 tratado com rigor pelas autoridades.<\/p>\n<p>O acusado foi conduzido ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Ararangu\u00e1, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.
